Customer Service Quality

At Oxford we take enormous pride in the fact that we provide outstanding service and results for our clients. We conduct regular customer surveys to measure the effectiveness of our products and services.

In our most recent survey (March 2004), we surveyed 96% of our clients throughout Australia and the results are clear indicators that Oxford provides superior customer service and displays a high degree of flexibility with our attitude.

Results:

  • Asked how Oxford has helped their business, not surprisingly 96% cited improved cash flow or assisted with growth.
  • 91% of respondents would recommend Oxford to others.
  • 100% of clients are very satisfied with our Client Services Group.
  • 95% are satisfied to very satisfied with Oxfords “attention to queries”.

The survey also highlighted what Oxford does well:

  • Provide prompt payment of funds.
  • Good communication.
  • Excellent website that provides all necessary information for clients to view their ledger online
  • Flexible and helpful attitude
  • As one of Australia’s largest non-bank Debtor Financers, we have set the standard for customer service. It is important to us to look after the individual needs and requirements of our clients. This survey demonstrates that being, small and with no strict rules and regulations, we can provide precisely what Debtor Finance clients need - flexibility.
